Inviting help from Spirit is natural. Here is a song from a recent concert using the Indian devotional instrument, a schruti box, to create different tones with my voice. This song was improvised in the moment, so while it is a call to Spirit it was sung by me with the support of those angels who minister with me. May it call your angels to you, as well.
