Peggy Black began receiving messages from her guides back in the Seventies. They first came to her in the form of stick figures, multi-dimensional 'sprites' who danced lithely across the pages of her sketch book. As her life changed and her connection to the invisible realms deepened, Peggy began to receive audible messages from the very same spirits who came dancing into her life forty years ago. Ever since she began to 'hear' her guides, she has channeled their every word onto paper. Emotional Alchemy As human consciousness shifts from one level to the next, old patterns of thought and behavior are being displaced by the idea that we create everything we experience in the same way that an alchemist transmutes lead into gold. Enough of us have gotten good at this to begin to understand more about how much our feeling state affects the way things turn out. Like everything else in the universe every emotion has its own frequency. No matter which end of the feeling spectrum we find ourselves on, in any given moment it is within our power to uplift and enlighten even the darkest hour.
