These mists are infused with the powerful energy of Sedona, Arizona.  It will help the its'' user to release and let go of what is no longer serving them.  In this releasing their heart will be open to the wisdom of Spirit and their life will improve.

The Mists are to be used around the body in the energy field. Start misting at the left side of the body, go up and around the head and down the right side. The mists are not quite as potent as the concentrated essential oil, however they do the job. Dr. Long uses distilled water in the make-up of the mists.
