Eat By Color

The 2^nd edition of the popular book, EAT BY COLOR: Foods Colors and The Chakras, has arrived.

Based on ancient principles, eating by color has returned as the new intelligent way to eat. A new understanding on how and when to eat by color, the system has appealed widely to teenagers, adults and seniors and has become an inspirational approach to changing one’s health and optimal well-being. The author was attracted to color since childhood and over the years she evolved from learning simple ancient Auyrvedic principles and Yoga to the practice of eating by color.

Florence Ren Figueroa, aka, Ren Rasa Yogamaya, E-RYT 500 is a Yoga Teacher, a Universal citizen, and an intuitive communicator. She was certified in 1995 by Swami Anand Tathagat and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the highest level with the Yoga Alliance since 2002. She was formerly educated in the U.K. and the U.S.A. Ren has studied under many masters including, Yogi Bhajan, Swami Satchidinanda, Swami Anand Tathagat and Drunvalo Melchizedek. These teachers imparted the traditional philosophies and practices of Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Tantra, Kama Sutra, Tao and Zen, Tibetan Vjrayana and the ancient wisdom of The Flower of Life. Ren is one of very few teachers in the world who also practices and teaches the Yoga Korunta and Aquatic Pool Yoga in the lineage of T. Krshnamacharaya. She presently resides in Los Angeles and is a syndicated columnist with her column, Astrological Affects, she is writing a book on The Yoga Korunta and she is a natural channel for Universal Source.
