Sep/Oct 2012 - Fall Equinox
The month of September ushers in the energies that bring everything in creation to a place of perfect balance. Prior to that moment each one of us is given the opportunity to take stock, not just of ourselves, but of what our lives have birthed in the nine months that have elapsed since the seed of life inseminated the darkness of last year’s Winter Solstice. If the sign of the Virgin escorts us to the point where everything is weighed and measured, it is because she is the one who purifies and renders everything whole and complete enough to make it worth preserving through the next cycle. Within three months the 2012 Winter Solstice will be upon us. This makes it seem that much more important to be mindful of the things that will make it easier for us to reckon with the changes that unfold between now and the end of the Mayan Calendar. Welcome to our 2012 Fall Equinox Edition! May everything that you find in this months’ issue give you a way to weigh the balance in your lives and look at the ways in which our future depends upon our individual and collective capacity to remain centered in a place of oneness and love.
