The Amplification
When I look or feel into the future, it feels even more intense. I call the next phase – in 2012 and early 2013 – “the amplification” or accelerated force of thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions. Our group awakening and cosmic factors, such as the dispensation of light, solar flares and the instability of the magnetic fields, cause the strong and vacillating energies to expand and intensify.
So what’s the issue? Thousands, if not millions, of awakening individuals are radiating light while experiencing the interesting side effects of the new energy. Light amplifies everything, causing us to see objects or parts of the self that are normally hidden in the shadows. The energy also changes every few hours. Oscillations occur continually except when connected to the heart or the light. When energy oscillates, it typically causes periods of exhaustion and elation (read about the saints and gurus.) An oscillation refers to the experience of moving back and forth at regular intervals or experiencing periodic vibrations.
It sounds crazy, but when we substantially raise our light vibration, everyone begins to respond to our slightest thoughts – unfortunately it’s usually the negative or paranoid ones – at least in the beginning. When people begin to awaken (and many people awakening) energy rapidly takes the forms of our beliefs and thoughts. For example, you might worry about what someone thinks about you and receive a not so nice phone call. You decide it’s not true. Perhaps your friend is having a bad day. You know you’re okay. As soon as you establish a happy vibration, and the person calls back, apologizes and thanks you for your friendship. As our vibrations ascend, it happens more often.
Oscillation also occurs on a global level. Finances, weather and world events swing up and down regularly. It’s probably linked to our own ascent and descent into higher consciousness and lower mass vibration so it’s important to send and hold positive images for the world, particularly since the earth responds to us more quickly than in the past.
Intense Emotion
The wave of new energies feels intense. A few moments of focusing on a particular feeling or thought makes it grow out of proportion quickly. This change relates to group consciousness. As we become more connected, we feel everyone who has a similar thought. (Repetitive thoughts evoke or pull in emotion.)
This connectedness creates a rapid concentration of thought or feeling. Feeling life deeply relates to the evolution of many people on earth. When we awaken, we feel a great deal more. When we evolve, our emotions and feelings become more intense. We can’t repress them or pretend they aren’t there.
For example, we may feel surprised when anxious feelings return, or we suddenly feel overwhelmed in a situation we believed to have overcome. As we become more vulnerable and alive, hidden feelings often come to the surface. It’s slightly more difficult to handle emotions when our feelings are intensified by group consciousness.
On the bright side, we – as light workers – have more tools. We know how to send light to ourselves and others, to heal wounds by loving them and to move toward honesty and the expression of the heart. We’re learning to consistently tap into a higher frequency to ride the waves of new energies.
Surfing the Wave
Sometimes, everything is proceeding wonderfully and we receive another wave of strange energy. The energy isn’t necessarily yours — it’s easy to feel the neighbors, co-workers or loved ones. Other times, we’re having a dark day, and no one can help. Everyone says the wrong thing or exhausts us more.
Here are a few suggestions:
Begin with self-observation. Focus on your hands and feet. Bring in awareness of your body. It’s much easier to change a mental or emotional state from the place of an observer. Take a moment to imagine the flow of the next few hours. What would lift your spirits? See the occurrence of pleasant events or a different frame of mind.
Distraction through exercise, completion of tasks and meditation can also be useful. It’s best to meditate on light or chant. Save the manifestation exercise for a time when you feel energized and happier. States of being change from day to day. Remind yourself of times when you changed your life in small ways.
Nature can help if you work with connection. Simply walking or sitting outside lacks the effectiveness of meditating on a stream, trees or plants. By focusing deeply on forms of nature, it’s easy to transform your mental state. Also you ground your body when experiencing nature, which helps with the fluctuating magnetic fields. (Drinking more water and eating alkaline food can help too.)
When you feel better, it’s important to imagine the opposite state. If you feel overwhelmed, imagine happiness. See yourself on a glorious day with wonderful opportunities and friends. Remember times of experiencing joy. If you lack prosperity, see yourself with it. Visualize relationships as smooth and harmonious. Refrain from thinking about them for a few hours if necessary.
Creating a Wave
The exciting part of the amplification lies in its possibility for opening the imagination and stepping into our power as co-creators. When it becomes necessary to visualize, meditate or observe the self to navigate through life, we quickly develop our skills. For example, if we must learn to see life differently and positively, the probability of positively changing our lives and the planet escalates dramatically.
When meditating through spiritual connection on a positive visualization, we automatically hold the frequency for a particular outcome. The current amplification of thoughts, emotions and visualizations distributes the frequency to anyone who wishes to create a similar reality. Most people with a devoted practice learn the value of sending light to others, projects and world problems – because we truly develop a desire to help.
Sending light and seeing the world differently is probably one of the strongest tools to create active change. Let’s look at a few personal examples. We can envision projects completed quickly and correctly, and we can see success for ourselves and our friends. We can imagine an ample supply of anything we need (including money.) All of these states, when practiced with connection, benefit the world because we essentially “send out” the vibration.
A few general examples include: seeing those who are ill as well, the poverty stricken as abundant and joy in place of sadness. On a global level, we can take several moments each day to see the world with clean water, air and transportation or an honest government.
We can spend our time citing injustices, plots, and feeling fear, or spend our time creating a new and beautiful world. Like everything, it’s a choice. We can spend five minutes criticizing the government or envisioning a better world. The state of the inner self always depends on the choice of placement of consciousness (as does the outer world.)
As we learn to understand the process, it becomes easier to focus on positive thoughts/feelings, and “reality” responds more harmoniously. On the plus side, the world is filled with light workers who are adept at raising their vibration and can quickly change reality by altering their thoughts/feelings or saying a simple prayer.
Realize the value of the wave.
When we realize the potential to recreate our lives with hope, love and joy, we step fully into our role of co-creator. We learn how to vibrate above the wave of mass consciousness (and the little events which rock our boats), to float on the smooth ocean of connection and glide toward infinite joy and love. Like everyone else, I’m hanging in there for the Big Wave.
