Letter from Editor
It is been particularly hot in Sedona this June and there doesn’t seem to be any indication of cooling down anytime soon. I even almost had a run-in with heatstroke while hiking this past week, so I urge our readers to please be careful when you are going outside, be sure to keep hydrated and most of all, listen to your body and take a break if you need to. The heat has brought thunderstorms to the region (if only it would bring some rain too!), which has been an awesome sight to behold especially after the sun has set. With the arrival of summer comes the chirping of cicadas during the day, which isn’t all too bad as it reminds me of my hometown in Japan where the noise seemed inescapable.
The other day, I went to see astrologer Cal Garrison. Her astrology reading was fabulous, Drunvalo has personally recommended her and I have been working with her for years so I know just how dedicated she is to her work. If you would like to make an appointment for a reading, feel free to send her an email for scheduling. She can be reached at cal.garrison@gmail.com.
This month, I would like to highlight Helen Young’s new article about the resurgence of alcoholism titled “Self-Knowledge And Substances – How Personal Truth Is Essential For Recovery From Alcohol.” It addresses the problem from multiple angles and explanations and could even apply to other forms of addiction.
With love,
