December 2014 - 'Invigoration & Rebirth'
“Namaste” - in Sanskrit, the word ‘namah’ means bow, ‘as’ means I, and ‘te’ means you, translating into “I bow to you.” In English, it is roughly translated as “I bow to the good within you.” Just speaking the word Namaste – especially along with the Mudra posture also known as the Anjali Mudra. The placement of the hands together pulled close to the heart raises the vibrations of your intention to greet someone by honoring their inner goodness/God/light. I would like to say “Namaste” to all our readers. Thank you for reading “Spirit of Maat.”
