DRUNVALO MELCHIZEDEK AND ADAM YELLOWBIRD

The last time they were here, a prophecy was fulfilled; with the power of the 2012 Midsummer cross quarter vibrating in the back ground, we get the feeling that the 'Dawn of the New Time Gathering', will mark the fulfillment of yet another prophecy. The Kogi are returning – the time has come. When Adam Yellowbird asked Cal Garrison to write something about it, it took her forever to come up with what you’re about to read. In and around all of the head trips that made it difficult to write, she finally overcame the problem of having to talk about an event that is too big for any of us to really wrap our minds around. There is no doubt that the Elders are coming back – and their return will see them greeting the Dawn of the New Time with offerings that open the portal to a whole new cycle. By now most of us are pretty clear that the world is in a state of unprecedented change. If we’ve stayed in touch with the various Apocalyptic points of view we know how crazy it gets when it comes time to piece it all together. With so many different sources and so much information making it hard to tell what’s real and what isn’t, we were happy to read a 2012 article that has an authentic, no- nonsense ring to it. A few days before our May deadline our good friend Cynthia sent us a link to this film; it came with a note that said: “YOU HAVE TO POST THIS!” After checking it out we understood why Cynthia was so insistent. “Trance Formation” addresses issues and questions that have to do with how our perceptions have been transformed to the point where it is now next to impossible for the average human being to know or understand the truth. All of us have been unwittingly programmed to believe everything we are told. With Beltane ringing up pictures of the God and the Goddess, we find it interesting that the ‘Awakening Man’ and the ‘Awakening Woman’ have finally caught up with each other! Could this be a sign? This is a really interesting video of excerpts taken from one-on-one sessions with world famous teacher and therapist, Byron Katie. Compiled by our good friend, John Nakagawa, we are delighted that he took the time to put it together. As much as all of us are spiritual beings having a human experience, the ‘human’ part of the equation is often even more of a mystery than the spiritual piece. And our confusion about how to get by in this world has kept the “Fix-Me-Up” gurus in business since the Sixties. As far as self-help systems go, most of the time we can take them or leave them – but Byron Katie’s work is an exception. This lady is right on the money about so many things, she is one of the best when it comes to getting to the heart of what happens when the mind and the barrier of belief screw up our ability to come from love. Now that love is the operative word, Ms. Katie’s wisdom will be of great use to anyone who is trying to stay in it, no matter how crazy life gets. Be good to yourself and take an hour off to tune in to this one – it will definitely lift your spirits!

RELEASING THE OLD AND MANIFESTING THE NEW   (Deutsch)

Sarah isn’t telling us anything new when she reminds us that it’s time to let go of the past or be sentenced to have to live with whatever it is that we’re willing to settle for. It’s quite clear to most of us that this is where it’s at. What we aren’t so clear about is how to deal with ourselves when the thought of letting go brings up enough fear to make us want to keep running back to the same old thing. Questions of who are we now, along with the idea that all of us are sloughing off everything that no longer applies, help us to realize that we are changing from moment to moment. When nothing stays the same the only certainty lies in having enough faith to keep letting go. In her May article Sarah asks us to look at what we have left to lose and gives us more than one way to kiss it goodbye.

FROM HEART TO NAVEL CHAKRA – Where we are going is where we have been

In an article that invites the spiritually oriented reader to look at where they find their center, Norma asks us to consider the virtues of the Navel Chakra. If most of us feel that the Heart Center is where we need to be spending most of our meditative time it isn’t necessarily that way for everyone. According to Ms. Gentile, the body is the vehicle that channels most of the messages that we get from the spiritual realms and its circuits are directly connected to the belly. That being the case, for those of us who receive our higher guidance via the body it is suggested that we double check to see if our sacred space is situated in the Second Chakra. It’s an interesting point of view, one that reminds us that each one of us is unique, our center is wherever we find it, and regardless of whether we locate it in the Heart, at the navel, or on the tip of our nose, the point is, to go there and connect with ourselves!

Being called out

Snapshots of a Mother

Like so many of us, Jo thought she had her mom all figured out. It wasn’t until the day she died that Jo came to terms with the fact that she might have missed a few things. The heart of this piece touches the chord that reminds us that the women who bore us are often much more than we take them to be. With Mother’s Day just around the corner we know you will enjoy tuning in to what Jo has to say about her perceptions of her mother, and about the homeless man who, at the end of the day, introduced her to the part of her mother that she never got to know.

FORGIVENESS

Dr. Long knows her stuff – and because she thinks with her heart, what she has to say on this subject will help you to see that, now more than ever it’s time to release the burden of bitterness and remember how to forgive those who have trespassed against us.
