About a week before the May deadline Drunvalo called the office to pass on some news about a miraculous environmental clean-up effort that took place in Slovenia on April 17th. His words were; "you have to run this story!" After hearing what he had to say about it we understood why he was so excited about this particular piece of news. Sands of the World Mandala

The highest of all of the Tantric Buddhist artistic traditions the art of sand painting requires at least three years of spiritual preparation. When the Gala Rinpoche and a group of monks from India's Drepung Loseling Monastery showed up at Sarasota's Van Wezel Center, part of their purpose involved creating a Mandala out of sand. Blown away by the serendipity, certified "Mandala Freak" and Sarasota resident, Jo Mooy was there with bells on!
