Gabriel and Feminine Balance to Aid You to Intuitively Clarify
New Aspirations for the Year

This month's Heart Quest Angelic Message is from Gabriel, a companion piece to the one from Raphael. Both refer to the importance of self-healing and balance. Gabriel is the angel ruler of the moon. The ancients called this cycle the 28 Mansions of the Moon, and in fact each Mansion has a designated angel. Moon energy is feminine, therefore reinforcing the feminine side of our personality. Whether we are born male or female we are each composed of golden masculine energy (from the left brain hemisphere and right hand) and silver feminine energy (right brain/left hand). Masculine energy provides logical thought processes, combined with decision-making and analytical skills. The moon's feminine energy develops your intuition and appreciation for art, music and poetry. These are subtle and emotive life influences that cannot be measured, or analysed, but need to be felt and experienced.

It is necessary to balance these two polarities in the correct ratio to fully integrate your personality to third eye level (Caduceus symbol — see also Harmony Angel Cards). Whatever you aspire to be in this lifetime Gabriel helps with this integration, opening the way to understanding inner self. By doing so you will become a more rounded person, as well as being fully sensitive to the needs of others. She reveals to you your potential, leading towards clarification of your hopes and ambitions for your life. For this Gabrielle suggests using moonstone or selenite (see page 7 also) to gradually open your heart during a 28-day cycle, drawing down the waxing power of the magical Mansions of the Moon.

My task is to guide you to fulfil your aspirations, deal with your karmic issues and progress on the path towards harmony with All. This requires a balance between the active side of you (issues you decide and corresponding actions you take) and the passive side of you (things that you feel, intuit and think). Raphael and the Sun govern your active, gold aspect but it is I who cares for the passive side of your personality with my silver Moon rays and encourages you to balance your actions with your intuition.

You may invoke my loving silver guidance in meditation every day but it is particularly powerful on Mondays, my special day. Breathe in my silver ray; imagine drawing it through your feet in a clockwise direction and allowing it to spiral into your heart. Absorb it into the cells of your body, feel the silver rays dissolve barriers you erected around your feelings to prevent hurt, sense your inner self and intuitive skills expand, feel emotional balance being attained. Let the energy spiral on towards your brow (third eye chakra) where it joins its silver radiance with the golden energy of Raphael (see his channelling for January) to harmonise your masculine/feminine aspects and engender peace. If you work at this you can gradually attain the physical and spiritual wholeness you deserve to find the way of Love and Light, for after balancing to third eye you will become able to move towards Crown and Unity Consciousness.

About Angela McGerr

Angela McGerr spent over 30 years as a businesswoman before determining the need to bring a more spiritual focus into her life. In 1999, she was persuaded by her sister Joanna to follow her into the world of energy healing, with a view to being able to train others in self-healing.

On starting this path Angela immediately found her first white feather, having been told this was a spiritual sign from the angels! In the year 2,000, using simplified Essene philosophy with the addition of angels from all sources, she made a prototype set of angel cards, designed to promote healing and harmony, and then approached a publisher. She was commissioned to write her first book A Harmony of Angels, published by Quadrille in hardback in October 2001. This book sold successfully and has been continuously reprinted. On the strength of this, in 2002 Quadrille agreed to publish the Harmony Angel Cards — still Angela's best selling title so far. Angelic Abundance followed in September 2003, Gold & Silver Guardian Angels in September 2004, An Angel For Every Day in September 2005, Heart & Soul Angel Cards (a companion set for the Harmony Angel Cards) in August 2006. Most recent is The Angel Quest of the Heart (October 2007). All titles are still in print and translations are available in Dutch, French, German, Lithuanian, Czech and Slovak, with more in the pipeline. Special US editions have now been published. As at winter 2007 collective international sales of Angela's books and cards approach 700,000 copies.
