This month, we have an article from ATIH teacher Daniel Mitel. I think it’s quite good and I recommend you check it out.

In August, I performed an “Awakening The Illuminated Heart” (ATIH) workshop in Los Angeles, it was wonderful! I could tell the students’ energy had changed, as well as their consciousness before and after the time we spent. They looked like they had been awakened and illuminated from the heart!

I would like to briefly mention what ATIH is about.
