The last ATIH workshop by Drunvalo was conducted last month and I can’t begin to describe how wonderful it was, it was such a great experience. I would like to bring your attention to a recent seminar named  “Heartmath,” held by Zack Greenfield during the ATIH workshop last month. I learned much from his teachings and I highly recommend studying his work. Their mission is to help establish heart-based living and global coherence by inspiring people to connect with the intelligence and guidance of their own hearts. The Institute of HeartMath is an internationally recognized nonprofit research and educational organization dedicated to helping people reduce stress, self-regulate emotions and build energy and resilience for healthy, happy lives.
