The weather is especially gorgeous here in Sedona this time of year. Spring has definitely come. I wish all our readers a speedy springtime as the winters have been especially frigid recently.

I would to direct your attention to this month’s “HeartMath Corner,” I really liked this article as it covers many aspects to human compassion to promote general well-being, not only in personal relationships and communities, but with yourself as well. There is a quote from the Holy Dalai Lama which I found especially poignant, which states: “If you want others to be happy, practice compassion.

If you want to be happy, practice compassion.” I believe he is correct in stating that people are at their best when they are happy, and being happy can only stem from being compassionate.

This month, our longtime contributor Astrologer Salvador Russo has returned with a new piece concerning the upcoming new moon in Pisces. In addition, fellow astrologer and regular contributor Sharyn Norwood has provided her reading of what is to come of this incredible astrological event.
