Already in the late 1960s the KGB could induce thoughts, images, and emotions in minds at a distance, using higher group symmetry electrodynamics, and even control whether those inductions reached the conscious mind of the target or remained in the unconscious mind. We believe a more recent definitive test of such an operational weapon was performed against A-10 pilots over the U.S. (Captains Button and Svoboda, in separate incidents), and possibly against targeted personnel on the ground, such as Captain Hess. These bizarre incidents were documented in the open press, although obviously no such cause was even suspected or known to the press.

  9. Indeed, several nations of the word have already highly weaponized Bohm's quantum potential, and such weapons are presently the most decisive weapons on earth. Discussion of this area is beyond the scope of this paper. If one wishes to guess at the nations, one should observe where Bohm went when the U.S. effectively booted him out of the U.S. Russia and China also have quantum potential weaponry.
