Since the publication of the DRY/ICE-Global Warming Revealed article, there have been many letters and emails asking for clarification and documentation on certain parts of this article and also people adding information.
A majority of these emails and letters are skirting the core of the information, namely that the Atlantic Gulf Stream is slowing down and possibly breaking apart or could break apart very soon (3 to 5 years according to the Pentagon), and the fact is that the world is in the middle of an enormous environmental crisis. The Pentagon Report and the additional information the Pentagon has released substantiates this, with or without my additional information. The North Pole has melted 40% in the last 33 years and all this fresh water is causing an incredible problem in the Atlantic ocean and possibly other oceans. Instead, some of you have placed your attention on details on the outer edge, saying that since there are some small related errors, the whole article is wrong. I understand how you feel for this is a deeply emotional subject, and it is important to get all the facts perfectly straight, but nothing is going to change the absolute fact that this environmental crisis is real. So we hope that the following information will clear up these details. UPDATES, CORRECTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS ANOTHER OPINION Here is an excellent article written in December of 2002 about the melting of the poles and the slowing of the Gulf Stream, the very subject of this article DRY/ICE, but from a different opinion. http://www.centredaily.com/mld/centredaily/news/4695027.htm SIR DAVID KING One email said that Sir David King has not been restricted in his speaking about his article in Science Magazine. They said that he has been speaking about this subject recently. Perhaps that is true, but nonetheless, here is the original article for you to read for yourself so you can make up your own mind “Scientist ‘gagged’ by No 10 after warning of global warming threat” http://news.independent.co.uk/uk/environment/story.jsp?story=499013 ROSS’S SHELF Another email said that there is no danger of the Ross Ice Shelf ever breaking off and melting. First of all, the idea that Ross’s Shelf could possibly break off completely was a speculation in our article, not an accretion. We said that “if” it did it would raise the world’s ocean by about 16 feet (5 meters) (One source said 20 feet) We also stated that we believed cracks were developing at the back of Ross’s Shelf, which could mean that the shelf could someday break off. This is true. But these cracks have been there for “some time” (we don’t know what that means), and they are constantly being monitored because of the incredible consequences for humankind if the shelf were to break off. At this time science does not think that Ross’s Shelf is going to break off completely because it is “a few degree to cold”. However, right after Larsen’s A Ice Shelf broke off, it was these same scientists that also said that Larsen’s B Ice Shelf (Ledge) would “never” break off since it had been there for so long (up to 12,000 years). But it did break off to their complete surprise and only a short time after they made the “never” statement. The web sites also say that there are new cracks forming on the front edge of the Ross’s Shelf, and they are breaking off into massive icebergs, the biggest ever seen in history. Please read below. September 22-24, 2003 BBC News http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/3132074.stm TORNADOES IN SEATTLE Tornadoes in Washington state? There have been tornadoes in Washington before. There was one on April 5, 1972 that was an F3. However, the highest record number in one year was four in 1989, until 1997 (during the Gulf Stream slow down) there were 15 tornadoes, breaking all previous records. So my assertion that tornadoes in Seattle, Washington was unusual was wrong. But realize there have never been seven tornadoes in Washington (there was one more just outside Seattle on the same day) until 1997, and that this activity is increasing, which strengthens the idea of the Gulf Stream crisis. Also, one person said that there were no tornadoes in Seattle May of 2004 as I stated. I am not sure if this is right, but the seven tornadoes that I was referring to happened on June 7th, 2004. I was wrong by one week. (June 7, 2004 there were seven tornadoes in Seattle, Washington”) www.king5.com/localnews/stories/NW_060704WABwhatswiththeweatherSW.23ba25fb2.html May 2004 was a historical tornado month by producing the biggest tornado in American history with a peak width of 2 and 1/2 miles on May 22, 2004 in Hallam, Nebraska – a F4 tornado. Yes, there are F5 tornadoes possible, but scientists say this was the biggest ever. http://www.spc.noaa.gov/faq/tornado/#History FIRES IN ALASKA 5 million plus acre fire in Alaska in 2004? (At the time the article was released we said only 1 million) Yes, this is true, but this subject is far more complex. There have been fires in Alaska since at least the 1940’s, (when it appears from the science papers when Global Warming really began on a noticeable scale) but it is clear when you see the trends that Alaska is becoming dramatically warmer and dryer. Since the 1990’s (mostly during the Gulf Stream slow down) the fires are becoming larger and larger. http://ams.confex.com/ams/FIRE2003/techprogram/paper_66025.htm In fact even the tundra is about to be lost because of the rising temperature and dryness. http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2004-08/osu-ccc080304.php FORTY-FOOT WALL The forty foot high wall between the US and Mexico? We have searched the internet for this information, but there is none that we could find. This does not mean it is not happening for this is a military operation. The fifteen foot high wall that is in California and Arizona is not what we are talking about. According to a US military person who is directly involved in building this 40 foot wall who we spoke with, it is being started on the Texas boarder. So this cannot be proved at this time. If you come across any information concerning this, please contact us. HISTORY ON ICE AGES There was also one email that said that our history on ice ages was wrong. The source of the information and time line on the ice ages is documented by the Pentagon Report itself, and so since this individual never gave any proof, it will not responded to here. All evidence that I have seen says this history is correct. And here is another on Arctic Meltdown http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/05/26/tech/main555557.shtml SIGNS FROM EARTH And here is another article from National Geographic's website http://magma.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/0409/feature1/index.html WE NEED YOU Please don’t stop sending in your requests for information. It is very difficult to compile this much information in one article, and especially since it is only me at this point doing the research. I do make mistakes, but in the spirit of truth, I will continue until the truth is revealed for this subject is way too important to be bogged down in political or polarized divisions. Our lives and our families’ lives are on the line. Thank you for your interest in this important subject. One final note. This is one I ask that you research as I am overwhelmed right now. In a recent Time magazine article, they admitted the Gulf Stream problem, but they also added that a similar situation was developing in the Pacific Ocean. This is the first time I have heard this. And, they said that the combination of these two problems is more dangerous than expected. As an example, Time Magazine used tree ring theory to predict that the drought in the West was going to last about 150 years more. (We suggested 40 years based on the Anasasi information.) If this is true, then Time Magazine is correct and we are in for more than expected. Please let us know what you find. If you do a clean documented report, we will review your information and add it to our growing bulk of research. Again, thank you for your interest and all that you are doing for Mother Earth.
