Creating With = Co-Creating

First of all, I want to say thank you to all the beings and energies that helped me to create this article, to Norma Gentile for her teachings and for her help translating my writings to English, and to the people of Spirit of Maat for their loving service.

Everybody has the ability to create. In fact, this ability is one of our qualities as children of Spirit. We can create from our mind and we can also create from our heart. Drunvalo explains this well in his works and teachings.

The mind is an instrument of duality. It is divided in two hemispheres, and it is at the service of the heart. We have to keep in mind something very important: if we create from our mind, we always create a dual, polarized reality. If we create abundance in our life, we are creating shortage somewhere else. If we create peace, we also are creating war at the same time.

It is the nature of the mind to be dual and polarized. We are responsible for our creations. For this reason it is so important that we learn to create from our heart. The heart is a unique, complete organ, whole within itself. Entering into our sacred space of the heart and creating from there is vital. So, if we create harmony, we create only harmony. This way, we do not create its "dark side", disharmony.

The mind, usually dominated by the left side of the brain, creates in a linear, logical way: one step after another. Everything has a beginning, a process, and an end. In our 3D reality, if we create something with the mind, usually it happens through a series of "coincidences" — and we can track their steps. I can create something like "I want a bottle of wine", and someone comes to my home, knocks on the door and gives it to me.

The heart, however, creates from nothing. The heart does not follow logic, does not follow steps, it just manifests the creation. Through the heart, if I create something like "I want a bottle of wine", the bottle of wine will appear from nothing literally.

In the movie "The Secret" and other similar movies based in the Law of Attraction, the point is made in a logic model of creation. This is half of the process. I focus my attention on something, with every detail I draw it, write it, imagine it, sing it, etc. I focus myself in what I want, and I feel that I already have it. This feeling that I have it already, this feeling of conclusion, of end, is very important. Eventually, my creation is manifested by whatever coincidence it will take.

The big deal is to put the mind at the service of the heart. Create from the heart using the wonderful instrument that the mind is. This kind of creation does not follow a logical way. It is like a dream, you can be talking with someone at home, and in the next scene you are diving with dolphins in the ocean without needing to breathe.

It was hard for me to realize that I am not alone at the time of creating. For my whole life I was creating through my repetitive thoughts, and through my inherited patterns. At the beginning I created unconsciously, without knowing I had this power. Then, I was aware that I could take part in my creations and change them by changing my thoughts, emotions and feelings.

But, even studying with Drunvalo and taking the Flower of Life workshop, I still haven't integrated the lesson of creating with the mind in the service of the heart; and that is my wish — I want to create from the heart.

The first time I began to be aware of creating from the heart was in Catherine Shainberg's workshop. I also used the right side of the brain, the side which is intuitive and emotional. To begin to heal with these powerful images that came from nothing was, for me, the gate to a new Universe; or maybe a vision of the same Universe with holographic glasses.

However, until I began to work with Norma Gentile, I wasn?t aware of creating with; of co-creation. I began to be aware of energies that no longer fit with me, and how I kept these energies trapped. Little by little, I am releasing these energies that have already finished their journey with me. With gratitude and respect I let them go to continue their path. In doing this, other new energies can come and accompany me during the next step of my journey.

Listening to the spoken meditations of Norma, there was a moment of enlightenment for me me. I was stuck with the issue of money (I am still working on it). If it is an energy blocked inside of me, I just have to allow the part of it that no longer fits me to be free so that this energy can move out onto its own path. I can also allow the remaining or new parts of my money energy to be inside me like it wants to be. How does the money want to be? How does it want to flow? How does it want to manifest itself? How does my soul want for money to be in my life? How does Spirit want for my money to be?

Money is just one of many issues in my life. There are also issues about work, my home, relationships with others, and much more. What if instead of people taking up my space I let them follow their own path?

I realize that I am not creating alone. I can create from my heart in a totally intuitive way, without detail, without expectations, knowing that the result is pure unconditional love, feeling deep inside myself the gratitude for all this help, for all this love. Still I am not fully aware during the process.

I meditate, and sometimes, I feel such a great love that I cannot explain. It is like I feel all of my body vibrate fully with this love. This love expands itself from my heart, and at the same time I feel flooded with love coming from… I don?t know. I cannot distinguish from inside and outside. Tears drop from my eyes, and the love grows even more. Sometimes I am part of these images, like in a dream, other times I am only a witness to them. Sometimes I participate in their evolution, and other times I don?t. In my experience, it looks pretty much like a very vivid dream but fully real.

I can create with the support of the Spirits and Intelligences of Nature. With the Pure Energy of Nature, with Gaia, Mother Earth, with Father Sky, Father Sun, with Angels, with Devas, with cetaceans, with animals, with plants, with crystals, with my physical body, with my cells, with the space between my cells, with my light body, with my soul, with Spirit, with people… With everything that vibrates at their level of unconditional love.

We do not have to create alone anymore. We can Co-create with Spirit and help Gaia, help the whole Universe to move into the next step in Life, for every Life, everywhere. How does the world, or life, or anything wish to be? How does the world itself want to become a new world? And life? And dreams? And this or that situation? And…?

Let your imagination fly. I am sure that many ways of experiencing new things will happen to you.
