Written by Hildegard of Binge, nearly 900 years ago, this song evokes for me a timeless sense of the cycles that we move through, and our unending trust in those cycles of Spirit and Life.

This particular recording was made during a live healing concert. As I sang this song, I recall a sensation of a tall being standing behind me. At the time, I noticed that as long as I maintained my focus behind me, there was a nearly effortless flow of energy being laid into my voice. This was my Hathor guide Atamira, and this is my process of allowing myself to be a channel for healing energies.

As you listen to the song you may find something within yourself resonating to these energies and to the music.

There is a simple mantra before and after the song itself. I invited the audience to sing it with me. As I moved into the song itself, the audience spontaneously found notes that harmonized with the song. It was an unexpected and wonderful movement of spirit as we all sang together.
