Indigos Moving into Oneness

How do young Indigos all over the world experience this world, humanity, the future? Questions most of us know very little about.
We tend to educate them in the way we or our grandparents were educated. By doing this we are missing an important part of our collective evolution and growth. We are missing the joy we could experience living freely with these wonderful strong creative children / young ones. Without judging them or us we would have lots of fun.
Today our generations are drifting apart more then ever and many difficulties, problems, and unpleasant situations are being created by this. It seems as if we are in a better managed world, but we are not getting any happier. And it is only natural that unhappy people make an unhappy world, an unhappy society and … unhappy children. But I would like to cheer you up and share experiences from working with these divine but sometimes difficult ones.
During my twenty years of therapeutic work many women having problems with one of their children or their family situation would come for counselling or healings. Helping them has always been kind of easy for me. By the end of the eighties and beginning of the nineties these problems got worse, they had started to change subtly. They were somehow getting different. By 1995 it felt as if a whole new generation of children had been born, causing problems we did not have before. What was going wrong or what was happening?
Problems regarding behaviour, learning and attention were birthed. In the years to come it didn't get any better. Mothers and teachers felt exhausted, many had to quit working in schools and kindergarten as the children kept triggering their 'buttons'. Many were lacking energy and could not cope with the pressure this caused.
I dedicated most of my time researching how I (we) could help parents in improving their guidance of these children. All those years have been pretty intense. Many parents, teachers and people working with children had to open up to new insights about them and accept that future generations coming to earth would be different too.
As a collective we had to learn what this could mean and what the consequences would be. Many mistakes regarding education were made. Treating these children with strong pharmaceutical medicine, punishing them for being strong willed, too full of life, or not very diplomatic, became normal, but none of it did any good.
As the years passed and the people slowly awakened to the idea of new generations being among us, Rising up in me, I felt the enormous importance of catching the right moment to start guiding the young ones once they would be 16 to 24 years old. At this age they would be free of their parental education, free of school, but also hurt and influenced by the long time negative energies of the collective conditioning.
Of course many would be well, being in harmony with themselves and the world, knowing what to do and what they came for. These were the lucky ones. But many would 'fall through the cracks' and get lost, not knowing who or what to trust.
It would be extremely important to be there in the right moment, to help them become 'healthy and happy' persons. Some of these kids would be depressive, not seeing any future for themselves or humanity. Some would not know what to do in this material world full of superficial and boring relationships.
Some would be full of anxiety, hate and aggression from never being allowed or taught how to express their anger and doubts. The collective thought patterns would be rolling over and through them, the unstable collective emotional feelings as well. Many would be hiding in drugs, alcohol, or esoteric illusions.
By not knowing how to cope with what was happening in those years, most families were creating new generations, which were like the blind, looking for a little ray of light, integrity, truth and honesty. Humanity was creating enormous problems without even realizing it. Long hours of television plus long working hours ("time is money"), artificial non organic food, chemical drinks, the destroying of social family life, and too much electro smog (mobile, computers, technical equipment in all the rooms of the house) did not really help to ameliorate the situation.
During the autumn-winter months 2005-2006 a wonderful energy shift could be felt, showing me that many young indigos were getting 'ready' to do something about their miserable situation. Up till then I only saw them actively looking for contacts on the internet in order to find out more about the Indigo Phenomenon. My three books, 'The Indigo Phenomenon' (translated in 11 languages), 'The Indigo Adviser', and 'Indigos Open Their Souls' were selling well to older people, but many young indigos were reluctant and defensive about doing more or getting involved. On one side they felt superior and on the other side they felt ignorant about what to do or how to change things.
Older people were definitely not an option for them!!! They were searching through the web, trying to connect, trying to write about their feelings and problems and looking for more information, but that was it! Many seemed isolated and not able to get out of it. Some looked into esoteric teachings, but were disillusioned most of the time.
In those early years between 2000 and 2005 I experienced youngsters all over the world complaining about their parents, schools, teachers, their families, life, the world, and the governments. They seemed frozen by the negative impact of all of these forces, waiting and needing the outside world to change or help. But since the end of 2005 all this has changed.
Things started moving fast with the result that worldwide, we are now in need of hundreds of well informed, straight, honest, happy, high-minded people, who can be of support to Indigos that ask, to help them open up to their true potential, so they will be able to start helping and coaching their brothers and sisters.
As soon as I could I send out the message that I would be available to guide groups of young Indigos in a new way. I felt 'no structure, no rules, no judging, no linear teachings and no teacher-pupil setting' were the main ingredients and seemed mega important. I tried to feel what I would have needed as an 18 year old girl. This knowledge, combined with my long years of experience leading consciousness awakening groups led me to the decision that we should be able to do 'it' ('it' being a shift in consciousness) in 3 to 4 days!!!
The experiences and results of these short training processes were amazing. The impossible became possible. Youngsters turned from depressed, street fighting, isolated, I-am-not-good-enough, what-a-shit-world-attitude, to strong, abundantly loving, happy, easy going, positive thinking, fearless, multi-connecting people in only 84 hours. This meant lots hope for greater change was not out of reach, but rather, close by.
I would like to share some of the experiences I've had with the very first group of Indigos, all aged between 17 and 25, who wanted to come in this 3-4 day training process with me.
When I sent out the message that I would offer this new kind of Indigo training, it was as if a snowball was loosened from the top of a mountain to roll down the hill as an avalanche. Many aged between 14 and 30 started to discuss the topic of participating in these Indigo trainings in different chats and internet groups. This went on for many months.
Some were full of doubt, sometimes even full of hate, arguing how dared I think I could 'help Indigos', arguing that an older person could never be of any good to them. Some put me in a bad light for inviting only Indigos up to the age of 25, and some discussed my so called big ego, basing it on the fact that I was apparently thinking I could 'do' something for them. They were saying they were much better (more spiritual) than we elder people, and they assumed this was true because after all, they were the legendary Indigos!!! Others kept their thoughts and feeling to them selves, waiting to see what I would deliver!! But I felt a lot of judging, pain, feelings of being unsure, and a longing for love and help.
During these months I was not living and working in Europe, but mainly in South America and the South Pacific. Daily I felt the stress from all these doubts, questions, projections, and uncertainties these young people produced, like arrows in my back. But for me all was well. As time passed, more and more wanted to come and be booked into the trainings, although some stayed extremely negative about what it was, that would be 'offered' to them.
The day arrived and they walked in. I had chosen a wonderful place to work, a big seminar house with lovely rooms, good food and the Black Forest nearby. Seven days prior to the training I felt the tension rising so high that at times I really wondered what was making me do this, and why was I complicating my life so much?
Once everyone arrived, we had a communal dinner and got together as a group. My main focus was on guiding them to connect with their feelings, empty their minds, let go of all their sorrows and fears, and release all of their family troubles. The kids were totally confused. They couldn't figure out why there wasn't any of the teaching that they were so used to having, and hating, in school. There was actually no teacher at all, as I was acting as one of them. What a joke and what a relief! We had a wonderful, powerful evening with lots of deep experiences and without much talking. There was no mental sharing, just feeling, being, and letting go.
The next morning I saw that some faces had changed overnight. They were more relaxed, more confident, as if they felt more open to see what would be coming next. This was a very good sign!! Some were still tight however, complaining that when this was all over, it would be the disaster they were expecting to experience. They were talking about how they could pester me and make me look ridiculous. In spite of this, I felt fine and my little personal doubts had melted, as if the sun was shining 24/7 in the room.
I knew in my heart we were in the right place, at the right time, all together! I felt that being 100% in integrity, all the time without one second of hesitancy, was a must for me and for them. If they were going to feel confidant opening up to the teachings and the energies this would be the most important thing.
As this was the first Indigo group I offered in this new way I was curious how they would be and feel in a day or two. The first ones came soon to kiss and hug and started to spread their love over all of us. It was so wonderful to see how they were opening as lovely coloured flowers, being closed for far too long.
The whole morning we spent sharing who we were. As I always start and speak openly without holding back, I felt many started to feel comfortable being there. I was not the dangerous insect any more and they were able to relax. Slowly it began to feel like home to some. The reason I start to share first is, that I can set the right intensity, integrity and honesty with which the group could continue. I decided to talk first about my doubts, my fears of facing them as a group, not knowing what to expect, showing them my vulnerable side.
I shared how I had felt their doubts, their hate and projections on me. I told them it felt as if they were projecting everything they didn't like about humanity onto me. I spoke about the previous year, in which I helped different Indigos start projects, organize Indigo gatherings, and about the difficulties they encountered and the mistakes that were made. Finally, I spoke about myself, my youth, and where I was at in my life. I took my time, circa 20 minutes, indicating that each one of them would have twenty minutes to share their story too. This was very important. We never really listen to each other and most Indigos are acutely sensitive to the fact that nobody ever listens to them. Every one shared from their heart, cried, lost stiffness and started to look forward to the beginning of the process, yet to come.
I can say we had an incredible time together. It was as if the whole group changed in a short but intensive time from extreme negativity to extreme positivity. That so much could change in such a short time amazed me. This was extremely comforting, as I was counting the millions of young Indigos who were in dire need of, and looking for this kind of guidance. Other groups followed and most of the participants are still holding this high, positive energy, which helps them to realize and materialize their visions and desires. They got a better understanding of relationships and are in more harmonious relationships with their family. They let go of a lot of conditioning and felt more self esteem and self confidence. Now they are liberated to follow their Indigo way of living.
For me it is a real gift to stay connected with them after they finish the Indigo process. I experience how they sort out their lives, how they integrate what they learn, and how they, being well grounded now, have changed their lives completely and are ready to move forward.
I always used to say: "I work with the adults as the children are okay. The adults are the ones who need therapy, who need to understand, who need healing first".
But feeling the urgent call for help of so many young people around the whole world I knew the moment had come to work with them in great numbers. Far too many were hanging around, not having much confidence that they could ever create an abundant, joyful and happy future for themselves and the world, and without any faith that they could ever be successful.
It was always as if deep inside themselves they knew everything, but the connection to the realisation of it was missing. As they were not well grounded, being born in a higher level of energy, many needed clear strong practical guidance and help.
So it seems to me that it is extremely important for these young ones to know which steps they need to take to become so confident, so they can manage life themselves. They don't want the elders to guide them over a long period. The best way is to show them what they can do to help themselves and how they can start helping others immediately as a means to free them selves and actualize their true potential/life purpose.
The main steps to take, once they ask for help and are ready to liberate themselves from all negativity and their educational conditioning are:
- Ground themselves, connect to Mother Earth
- Clean their channel and find a personal, inner connection with the divine, God as a friend
- Look into their relationships, (parents are most important) understand and heal them
- Open and activate the pineal gland and their spiritual antennae
- Feel their strong inner light / potential (sound and chanting helps)
- Experience and understand the conditioning, escape routes, guilt and illusions we create together
- Understand the many energies and consciousness levels that people live in
- Learn all about the collective mind and the collective anxiety force and sort out what is theirs and what is not theirs. Where do fears come from?
- Re-remember their dreams, re-remember their true potential and why they came to this planet in these changing times
Once all these issues are cleared you will see completely changed beings in front of you, full of life force, radiating pure divine light! Radiating love for all and everything! Even theirs eyes change and sometimes produce these three, magical rings that I see a lot with free happy Indigos. Eyes to fall in love with!!
I am now used to these glowing, radiant faces, jumping around day and night, who have connected again, consciously, to these profound energy resources that were dormant for so long, locked up by conditioning, punishment and feelings of guilt. A new kind of self esteem has been born in them, much freer, one that shines from their inner self.
Each time I do a training it is as if a magical miracle happens. You see one side of the coin first and three days later you see the other one, glowing, radiating, translucent, sending divine messages to all living beings, sending out the message "it is only a few steps away, please come with us on this marvellous path, wake up too".
Some of the Indigos started working immediately with others and I hope we will see hundreds of them by the end of 2008 working with kids and children. This will help the world change. 'Indigos helping Indigos'. It is a strong path for them and humanity in the near future. Some are only seventeen and giving many sessions a week.
I am happy and feel deep gratitude that I can be a helpful catalyst, giving them impulses and red threads to follow, so they can expand their positive radiance like circles in the water, as when you throw in a stone (the stone is like an impulse for change).
I have been hoping for years to find people with the knowledge, vision and energy to help young Indigos in a simple, clear and strong way, so they can move on and become grounded and conscious on a high level. The one real movement I have seen and learned to deeply appreciate, absolutely conforming to my own insights, is the Oneness Movement, based in India.
Their teachings are clear and simple, based on ancient universal teachings, but seem completely modern and the 'right thing in the right moment'. They offer a combination of strong, very precise teachings which you experience directly and the transmission of divine energy through an Oneness Blessing or Deeksha, which affects human consciousness on a deep level. I like that they have a solid plan for transforming global consciousness in only a few years and they know what they are speaking about.
The Oneness Blessing is a direct transfer of divine energy which changes neurological circuits in different parts of the brain, helping to move you from duality thinking into oneness feeling, thus opening the space for enlightenment.
While many are speaking mainly about the coming of end of the world, global warming, disasters we can expect before 2012, and about all kinds of esoteric happenings that are bound to occur, it seems the Oneness movement touches the essence of life on it's deepest level of meaning. "Happy people make happy people and a happy world" they say.
While most esoteric groups seem to try to escape from what really is, from the 'now reality' thus 'inviting' people to stay in a dual world of illusions, the Oneness Movement wants you to be with it now, without effort, without doing anything, without changing your thoughts (as they are not yours it is of no use to change them!), cut all the escape routes and contemplate your conditions, relationships, personality roles, and learn how to communicate with your body and relax. As our outer world is only a perfect mirror for the violence and hatred inside of men, a real change in consciousness starts within our selves.
The Oneness Blessings are truly blessings as they affect the brain in such a way that we can be touched by grace. It puts us in touch with benediction, with the source of all that we have always longed for. It is a gift and it is like coming finally home. In the future many young people will be part of this movement and they will build a strong base for global consciousness and awakening.
The founders of the Oneness Movement are Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan. Back in the eighties, when they saw how the current educational system was destroying the children they decided to open a special school The primary focus of this school was on spiritual maturity, to free the child of a sense of a separate self and of self-centered preoccupations. They aimed to create an atmosphere free of fear and free of competition. A strong focus was placed on the quality of relationships among the children, their relationships with their parents, and their state of internal happiness and well-being. Teachers were instructed to never scold or punish the children.
The school was a great success and by the time the children graduated, their grades were far superior to those of students in other schools. Many of those children have become doctors, lawyers, engineers or business leaders.
Out of the experiences and the inner teachings of these children the Oneness Movement was born, and whoever feels he/she has to go to India will be surprised by the strength of these now grown up children (the senior teachers are around 30 years old, the others between 20 and 27) who will guide you. They have many visions of a possible shift into a Golden Age. An age in which no more self centred activities take place, as the self will be gone. It will be a shift from separateness into oneness.
What a marvellous vision, I love it and feel it strong and divine! With a large group of young people from all over the world participating in this important work, it will be 'a piece of cake' to reach critical mass and nudge the quantum shift into global enlightenment.
All around the globe Indigos are searching for guidance that is short, accurate, high minded, honest, and no-nonsense based. I hope many can help them. The Oneness Movement is growing and it could be one of the better options for Indigos who are looking for help, as it will strongly guide them on their spiritual and worldly path. Together, focused on peace and happiness, we are strong and full of trust that miracles will happen!!
