Film producer and rock musician promoter Aaron Russo died back in August 2007. Promoter of Janis Joplin, The Who, The Grateful Dead, and Jefferson Airplane, Mr. Russo also produced films like 'The Rose', 'Trading Places', & a masterpiece documentary called, 'America: Freedom to Fascism'. Those who knew him have described him as an energetic, passionate person, who excelled at most of the things he did.
The following interview with Alex Jones was recorded eight months prior to Aaron Russo's death. In this landmark conversation he talks about his friendship with Nick Rockefeller and divulges a lot of really interesting, insider information.
We've run this one before; we're posting it again because Mr. Russo's words make more sense and seem to be more relevant now than they were four years ago.
